Shipping Overview
At ValenBee’s, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as possible — which is why we offer Free Shipping on all orders across India!
Shipping Partner:
We’ve partnered with Shipway, a trusted logistics and tracking platform, to ensure timely and secure deliveries right to your doorstep.
Processing & Delivery
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order placement. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with your tracking details.
Delivery Timeline:
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking & Additional Info
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you can easily track your shipment in real-time using the Shipway tracking link sent to your registered email/phone.
Additional Information:
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather conditions, festive rush, or courier service delays. We appreciate your patience during such times.
- In rare cases, if your pin code is not serviceable, our team will connect with you to arrange an alternative solution.

Return Window
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You can request a return within 2 days from the date the order is delivered. Unfortunately, return requests after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:
- ValenBee’s branded jewelry box
- Tags, pouches, and any other included items
Products that appear used, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Final Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Earrings (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shraddha@valenbees.com within 2 days of receiving your product. Please include your:
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for return
Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund or Store Credit
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as ValenBee’s Store Credit, based on your choice.
