🕒 Return Window
You can request a return within 2 days from the date the order is delivered.
Unfortunately, return requests after this period will not be accepted.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:

ValenBee’s branded jewelry box

Tags, pouches, and any other included items

Products that appear used, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return

Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.
📝 Note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refund or Store Credit

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as ValenBee’s Store Credit, based on your choice.
